Shipping Information

Most of the items we sell ship free. Items with free shipping will be labeled in the description as “ships free”, items without free shipping will be labeled with “contact for shipping quote”. All items ship USPS priority mail or UPS ground. Expedited shipping and overnight available for additional cost please contact us for more information.

Most of our items ship within 7 days as most are hand made and produced at time of order. If there will be extra lead time on a specific order we will contact you to clarify we can deliver your order in the time frame you require before we begin production.

When an order is made it will be places into our production schedule the following business day.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns 30 days from time of delivery of your items. Payment will be refunded to original payment method. If your item is damaged during shipping please contact us via email so we may ship out a replacement item. If you decide you no longer want an item you’ve purchased please contact us via email so we may start a return authorization.

Many of out wood items will have variations in color and wood pattern, so you item will have a small variation from the item pictured, these slight variations will not be eligible for exchange or return.
